Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while allowing us to manage bookings and prepare for your experience.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will receive a 50% refund.

If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate a change of date, subject to availability.

If a guest does not attend their scheduled tour without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
