Standard cancellations

  • 48+ hours before experience: Full refund

  • Less than 48 hours: No refund

 


 

Changes to bookings

We will attempt to accommodate changes where possible, subject to availability.

 


 

No-shows

Failure to attend a booked experience will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

 


 

Provider-specific policies

Certain experiences may be subject to additional provider terms. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

 


 

Weather and unforeseen circumstances

If an experience is cancelled due to:

  • Weather

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational issues

We will offer:

  • Rescheduling OR

  • Refund where appropriate
