I’m Dave — a Sydney local who’s spent the past 20 years living in and getting to know this city properly.

After time living and working in both the UK and the US, I’ve come to appreciate just how unique Sydney is — and I enjoy sharing it with people visiting from overseas.

I started Sydney Experience Co to offer something more personal and considered - most tours tend to feel rushed or impersonal, moving quickly from one stop to the next.

What I wanted to create instead was a more relaxed, well thought through way to spend a day in Sydney — one that feels easy, enjoyable, and properly reflects the city.

Over the years I’ve hosted many guests through my previous sightseeing business, so I understand what makes a day run well. Each day is carefully planned, but remains flexible — allowing you to spend more time where you’re enjoying it, or adjust things along the way.

The goal is simple: a great day in Sydney that is seamless and enjoyable.

You'll visit places like the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Rocks and Bondi Beach, while also discovering spectacular harbour lookouts, local spots and some of the places you might otherwise miss.

Our private tours have been carefully planned, but there is also flexibility to customise and adapt what we do and see depending on any particular requests you may have.
