FAQs
Is this a private experience?
Yes — all experiences are completely private for you and your group.
You won’t be joining a larger tour, which allows the day to feel more relaxed, personal, and well-paced.
What does the day typically look like?
Each day is thoughtfully planned in advance to take in Sydney Harbour, The Rocks, and some of Sydney’s most iconic coastal areas, along with time for a relaxed lunch along the way.
While the day flows naturally, the structure is designed ahead of time to ensure everything fits together well — with some flexibility to adjust the pace slightly depending on how the day unfolds.
Where do we meet and how does the day start?
I’ll meet you at your accommodation to begin the day, making things simple and easy from the outset.
From there, we head straight into the experience without you needing to organise or think through any logistics.
How flexible is the itinerary?
The day is carefully planned in advance to ensure it flows well and makes the most of your time in Sydney.
If there are particular places you’d like to include or preferences you have, it’s best to share these ahead of time so the day can be tailored accordingly.
There is some flexibility in how the day unfolds, but the focus is on creating a well-considered experience rather than making significant changes to plans once we are out on the tour.
What's included in the experience?
The full-day private experience includes a local host for the day, transport throughout, and a thoughtfully planned itinerary.
Food, drinks and any optional entry tickets are not included, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits you on the day.
How many people can join?
The experience is designed for couples or small groups.
If you’re travelling with a slightly larger group, feel free to reach out and we can see what works best.
How do we get around during the day?
We travel in a comfortable private vehicle throughout the day, allowing us to move easily between different parts of the city and coastline.
At each stop, there’s also some light walking to properly experience the area — whether that’s exploring The Rocks, taking in harbour views, or enjoying time by the beach. Nothing strenuous, just enough to see each place properly at a relaxed pace.
What happens if the weather is not ideal?
Sydney generally enjoys pleasant weather year-round, and the day is planned with enough flexibility to adapt where needed.
If conditions require it, the plan can be adjusted to ensure the experience still runs smoothly, or rescheduled depending on availability.
Is this suitable for first time visitors to Sydney?
Yes — the experience is particularly well suited to first-time visitors.
The day is designed to give you a well-rounded introduction to Sydney, covering the key highlights while also showing you parts of the city that many visitors wouldn’t typically find on their own.
How much does the experience cost?
Pricing varies depending on group size and specific requirements, but as a private, full-day experience, it sits at a premium compared to standard group tours.
The focus is on providing a more personal, well-paced and considered day, rather than a high-volume tour experience. Full details are available on the experience page, or feel free to reach out with any questions.
What is your cancellation or re-scheduling policy?
Plans can change, especially when travelling.
If you need to adjust your date, I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible, depending on availability. For cancellations, please refer to the full policy, or reach out directly if you have any questions.
How do we book or check availability?
The best way to get started is to head to the experience page or reach out directly.
From there, we’ll confirm your date and any preferences in advance to ensure the day is planned and set up properly from the start.
